THE BAND
Moonlight Flood is Matt James (voice and guitar), Will Melville (voice and guitar), Liam Colbert (bass and voice) and Matt Warry-Smith (drums and voice). Formed in Toronto in 2015, Moonlight Flood has crafted a unique and unmistakable style that draws on folk, indie and singer-songwriter roots. The band is built on tasteful minimalism and the music is presented in lush, thoughtful arrangements and tight vocal harmonies. Rich guitar accompaniment is supported by an ultra-musical rhythm section in Warry-Smith and Colbert. At times uplifting and at times somber, the music is powerful, dynamic, and honest.
